By accessing Wisebride, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. About Wisebride
Wisebride is a budgeting tool to help users plan wedding expenses. It is not a financial advisory service.

2. Use of Service
You must be 18 years or older to use Wisebride.You are responsible for ensuring your budget data is accurate.Wisebride is not liable for any financial decisions made based on its insights.You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

3. Account Management
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.Wisebride reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments & Refunds
Wisebride offers two payment options: a monthly subscription and a one-time purchase.Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.One-time purchases provide access until a few months after your wedding date.All payments are processed securely through Stripe.Due to the digital nature of our product, we generally do not provide refunds once payment is processed.For billing issues or disputes, please contact us at hello@wisebride.co.

5. Data Retention
Your wedding budget data will be available for the duration of your subscription or, for one-time purchases, until the expiry date (typically 3 months after your wedding date). After this period, your data may be archived or deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

6. Limitation of Liability
Wisebride is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not responsible for any financial losses, missed payments, or inaccuracies in your budget. In no event shall Wisebride be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Wisebride after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
